Zoe has a lovely bright personality and is a good sales person. To get a 10 out of ten: professional language on the phone needs to be used, follow up after settlement which was sadly lacking (not just Zoe but the team at the office), no contact or feed back survey emailed until 7 weeks. Since then we have received 7 emails requesting a survey to be filled. Zoe appeared to be busy with other commitments.
