Potential Plus in Te Aro

My location is fantastic. I'm close to transport, walking tracks, Aro Valley village, and the CBD but I desperately need a renovation job to bring me back to my full potential.

I love my private section with a large open green space overlooking the valley, it's a sun trap flowing out from the kitchen.
I just need a lot of love.

My best features are two good-sized bedrooms, one bathroom, and a spacious lounge and kitchen/dining area and large windows to capture lots of light. I have a drive on carport.

I'm zoned for Te Aro School and both Wellington College and Wellington Girls College.

Bring a hammer and nails, some flair, your talent, and with a bit of imagination to make me what I deserve to be.
