We were in the process of moving to Australia and we were leaving the house to our kids. Uros dropped a letter in our mailbox and so we thought let's give this another go as we had been through the whole auction and selling process 2yrs prior with a different agency which failed miserably. We didnt really expect to get the outcome we have today and we did think that we were probably going to be 'run through the mill' again but we did it anyway. Our ultimate dream has always been to sell up and to retire, to get off paying a mortgage and to buy a house out of Auckland freehold but it always felt like it was just a dream. We met Uros and immediately he came across as confident but not pushy. He listened to our dream plan and we got the feeling that he was actually listening and not just looking for a quick sale. During the process Uros kept us informed. He gave us the high's and lows, he had the 'hard talk' with us about not meeting the reserve price at auction and gave us other options which we appreciated. We were comfortable with Uros, he was always transparent and we really appreciated that he wasn't trying to back us into a corner to sell no matter what. We felt that he was truly invested to make our dream come true so the plan to move to Australia and accept the job that was offered to my husband was scrapped. Uros gave us so much information, he remained transparent with no hidden agenda. We've dealt with a few real estate agents but Uros is the best by far. We will definitely be in touch with Uros again as we have a new set of goals to add to our welcomed early retirement.

Uros was totally committed to the process of selling the house while also making sure that our needs were taken into consideration. His punctuality at open homes, engagement with potential buyers and diligent follow up with them really paid off. We appreciated his regular reports on viewing activities and comments made by those potential buyers. It was a difficult time to sell and we are glad we had someone as great as Uros to help us progress to the next stage of our lives.

Not a fan of Real Estate agents but Uros was amazing. He was very professional, went out of his way to get things done, was honest and reliable. He tells it how it is. He's the first agent in our search for a house who is so honest because there were some points in this deal where someone else could have easily exploited us but he was letting us know the whole situation as it is.
