The Ray White Group recently acknowledged it’s top quarterly salespeople in the Northland region, being Toni Sherwood, Murray Coop and Kelly Sackfield. The overall awards are part of Ray White’s ongoing recognition and with 120 salespeople in the Northland region through 13 offices, the achievement of the top three was also recognised in the top performers nationally.

Carey Smith, NZ Chief Executive of Ray White, said “The Northland region still continues to maintain good levels of growth; however from time-to-time the sales conditions become difficult given that there are longer days on market and not the same level of buyer competition that there may be in the main CBD areas.” He went on to say that the top salespeople certainly demonstrate their ability to market property ahead of others and understand that successful sales performance requires a lot of hard work and ongoing disciplines to the base activities within agency.
Jean McIver from Ray White Mangonui was also acknowledged for her outstanding quarter and high level of business growth.
