We came across Todd while looking for a home, and just after the first meeting, we knew that we teamed with an amazing agent. He was with us throughout the journey and was just a phone call away to even answer our silliest questions. I have loved my current property with all my heart, had fabulous times here, making it a sanctuary for others to take rest from their busy lives and enjoy a beautiful space with fabulous city views. Todd has a very personable manner that enabled us to feel free to ask questions and pass judgements on properties as novices when looking into a new area out of town. Despite seeking out houses listed by other agents Todd took the time and trouble to introduce us to the property and when able supply us with extra detailed information when available. He was always well prepared and very knowledgeable about the market helping us to make informed and balanced evaluations in undertaking a purchase. We have no hesitation in recommending Todd for anyone looking for houses in a new area and wishing to find an agent willing to go the extra mile - which in todays' market is essential given pricing and the market are proving to so unpredictable.

Todd was excellent throughout the whole process. His regular updates gave us a good indication of how the campaign was going. The weekly meetings where we went through buyer feedback were particularly insightful. It also highlighted how much work Todd was putting in trying to contact people and generate interest in the property. He also didn’t come across like a typical real estate agent who simply wanted to sell so they could get their commission. Instead, he seemed to genuinely want whatever was best for us, even if that meant not selling.
