Three New National Ray White Appointments

The Ray White Group in New Zealand further grew its office numbers during 2018, with the company now having 171 locations providing specialised services in residential, commercial, rural and property management.

As part of the company’s continued growth and the compliant changes that are now part of the real estate industry, Ray White has appointed three national positions to continue to serve the network and the further expected growth.

John Bowring has been appointed the National Auctioneer. John is well-known in the auctioneering field, being a finalist in the Australasian Auctioneering Championships in 2018 and also acknowledged as one of the top auctioneers in New Zealand, being awarded a finalist in the New Zealand Auctioneer competition several years’ running. John’s position will enhance the growth of auction marketing for Ray White members and he will provide skills through training and development and also continue to call auctions as the lead auctioneer of the company.

Treena Drinnan has taken up the opportunity to join Ray White New Zealand in the role of Head of Network Services. Ray White, during the past 12 months has implemented a number of analytical and practical services that allow our group members to better process the transaction and to have a broader understanding of client needs in the area of sales and also property management. Treena has had a long career in agency, holding down significant leadership roles with other national franchise groups.

Jason Topp joins our company as the Financial Analyst. This role is appointed as part of the New Zealand Strategy for our business owners to better and completely understand the financial outcomes of their business activities. Jason’s experience in more recent times with AIG sees him being able to analyse individual, team and office results which will give our broader group members greater understanding of their financial disciplines.

Ray White in New Zealand have 171 offices and just over 3,000 members. During 2018 the company completed record residential sales of $11.2 billion and also were appointed to a record number of listings across New Zealand.
