We recently sold a house on the Peninsula, and were purchasing a new one at the same time. I was impressed with Tania, she has a good sense of urgency. I called her on Saturday and she came over that afternoon, she popped round with relevant appraisal information the next day. I appreciated the comparison info she provided as we didn't have to sift through pages of data, it was sharp and realistic. She gave advice and went out of her way to assist us purchasing our new property, even though it wasn't in her scope. We were kept well informed during the sale period, she's also a Te Atatu local and knows the market very well. I liked how down to earth she was, engaging with my toddler about his trains etc. Bubbly, relatable, hard working and dedicated. I was given Tania's contact by a friend, who said she will look after you. And that is exactly was Tania has done since the first day I got in contact with her. I first met Tania in February 2013. I had arranged to meet up with her to go through a few properties I was interested in. Firstly she was early, I liked that, I was back in New Zealand on holiday and did not want to waste any time. Well Tania did not waste mine, if I was not keen or showed any disinterest in a property we moved along to the next one, wasting no time. Well Tania never moaned at another lost house, she just sends me infor mation on the next one to look at. Nothing is too much bother, and when it comes to another agreement form, she easily explains to me where to sign or initial or information needed which makes my life so much easier as I dread filling out forms. Just to let you know that you have a gem in Tania. She is delightful and spunky and did her very best to get us the price we wanted. Just before going on the market, she helped us immensely with final details, even helping Russell beautify the garden in her high heels! It is refreshing to find someone who genuinely doesn’t mind us calling when we have a question even after going unconditional. Our buyers had some unusual requests, like changing the house number in the address. Instead of that being a nightmare for us, she went to the Council & found out the details for us. As you may gather, we are very pleased with her services.
