She recommended that we take the offer, but upon us accepting the offer we were told that it would now have to be in rooms, but she preferred to have an auction on site as more people would come & it would be more buzzy. This made us second guess our decision up until auction time. In the end any fears were unfounded as Susan got a result that we were extremely happy with!
