Stephen is extremely easy to work with, very knowledgeable and gave good considered advice. He kept in contact well with regular updates, and was always available to answer questions. Stephen also supported us through the process of preparing the property for sale, and was realistic about what was necessary and what wasn't. He followed up with potential purchasers and kept working until the property sold, including looking for back-up purchasers. Stephen remained positive even in tough times and used a variety of marketing techniques to appeal to a range of potential buyers.

Buying a home during a pandemic is not much fun - no Open Homes, online auctions- all very remote. However, Stephen made it all less stressful & more personal with his competent, friendly approach, local knowledge & genuine commitment to providing an excellent service.
