Stan was the perfect real estate agent for our circumstances. My 87 year old father ... needed to sell his house in order to move into a retirement village unit. I am resident in Melbourne, and due to COVID border restrictions was unable to arrive in Wellington until close to the sale date. My fathers health has been unpredictable, and he is also hard of hearing, so it was important that we have a real estate agent who was sensitive to his circumstances, and able to adjust to changed plans when necessary. I needed to organise many of the activities for preparation of the sale remotely via Stan, and always felt comfortable that I could rely on him to plan these activities with the least disturbance to my father, whilst still keeping him informed of the plans. I really appreciated Stans patience and understanding, not to mention the excellent sale outcome for my fathers house.

Stan sold my elderly fathers property. He went to great lengths to help my father prepare the property for the market and was incredibly kind, considerate and supportive of my father during the whole process. At my fathers request, Stan also kept my brothers and I informed and up to date with each stage of the process.

Throughout the sale of the property Stan was utterly professional. His attention to detail, his communications with my brother and me, and his desire to enhance the attractiveness of the property gave us confidence because it conveyed the impression that he was giving our sale the same attention as he would give to the sale of his own home.

For the question below about using Ray White again as purchasers we didnt choose to use Ray White , and if we chose to purchase another property we would be very happy to use Ray White. As we are not in a hurry to sell any property my answer to the question below is undecided.

From day One Stan Kalafatelis showed passion for his work which was refreshing and truly settling before going through a sale process due to a separation.
