I went into selling my house with, I'll be honest, not the best opinion of real estate agents and thought I could totally do it myself. But I'm now a total convert. I could not have done what Stacey did. She is a master. For me, it has not just been about the dollar figure at the end of the day, that's great for sure, but selling is stressful and honestly Stacey kept me sane. Stacey is proactive and provides very good updates on how the sale process is going. She contacts interested buyers and provides twice weekly written reports on her follow up calls to those people. Stacey is very good at ensuring the seller has all questions answered. And, Stacey has an engaging personality!
