Michelle Greer, business owner for Ray White Timaru, has relocated to newly fitted out spectacular premises in Church Street, Timaru.
Michelle purchased the business that was originally a foundation office of Ray White in 2013. From the time Michelle took over of the Ray White Timaru business, she had definite ambitions to grow the presence of the company to one of the leaders in the Timaru region.
The previous premises of the business did not align with those ambitions and Michelle undertook to relocate the premises to where it is now positioned at Church Street. The journey and the transformation of the premises has been amazing. Originally the premises housed several tenants and was a mixture of design and aesthetics. In considering moving to these premises, Michelle worked closely with her lead design team to bring together what is today considered to be one of the best premises in Timaru, featuring high vaulted ceilings, polished concrete floors and a fit-out that is designed to be engaging for staff members, appealing for customers to interact and also displays the brand and clients properties to the utmost visual effect.
At the recent opening, Michelle commented on the support that she had had from a vast array of contractors and design people. She also acknowledged her family and the team for their assistance in bringing together the premises, which she said reflected the energy and enthusiasm that her company wished to display through the premises.
Carey Smith, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, who attended the opening, acknowledged Michelle as a loyal performer who has demonstrated over a long period of time the value that not only she has added to Ray White, but the many hundreds of clients that she has acted for in the successful sale of property since she joined the industry and Ray White in 2004. The premises, he said, shows true commitment of Michelle to her business, the team at Ray White Timaru and also the community.
Jane Meyer, South Island Performance Manager for Ray White New Zealand, who was also in attendance, said that the office is one of the best in Timaru. Jane added, ‘It will enable Michelle to grow her team and add additional services, including commercial and rural’.
