I was just damned lucky I called Sonya about a listing before I had listed my property and asked her to provide a valuation on my property - the rest is history. We've certainly been on one hell of a journey these past months in a fluid, volatile and brutish market but not once did Sonya waiver to pivot and work with me in collaboration to change direction and strategy to try and front foot the market.
