Sonya Bull

Sonya Bull joined Ray White Hamilton in July 2024 with 16 years of Property Management experience both in the Australian and New Zealand markets. Not only does Sonya have a degree in Sport, a Certificate in Personal Training and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Secondary Teaching, she has also completed both the NSW and QLD Real Estate Certificates as well as obtaining the New Zealand Property Management Certificate Level 4, around 5 years ago. However, with all the changes in the industry she ensures she stays up to date with any amendments and government regulation changes.

Sonya has always had an interest in housing – she use to sit on Trade Me watching property sale prices and rental prices back when she was at school, yet still tried to follow a career path in Teaching. 6 years later, Sonya was offered a role in property management and found her passion. She loves being able to assist people, ensuring properties are looked after and owners have a pleasurable experience, while ensuring tenants are also given high end service and also receive maximum satisfaction.

With attention to detail and exceptional communication skills Sonya can ensure both landlords and tenants receive transparent and accurate assistance, providing a stress free and pleasurable experience. Frequent communication is vital in ensuring that everyone knows where they are at, no matter how big or small the issue is – she knows her clients appreciate being kept in the loop.

Sonya is a 5am gym addict and loves watching sport - mainly rugby and rugby league. During the weekends, you are more likely to find Sonya outdoors, watching her son play football.
