Ray White West Quay, Napier, sponsored the Tiger Moth Club for the recent Aero Deco event which was held at the Hawkes Bay Airport during the Art Deco Festival, 20-21 February 2016.
Ray White West Quay Napier set up their marquee in a prime position to provide shelter for the pilots and a space for the public to book flights in their planes.
Over the weekend, there were Tiger Moths and other aircraft including a Fox Moth, Venom, Mustang, Spitfire and Harvards on display and flying. Those brave enough to book flights were able to experience the beautiful Hawkes Bay landscape and coastline from the air themselves in a vintage Tiger Moth and a selection of other warbirds – some people dressed for the part to make the experience one truly to remember.
Ray White members who attended this event said, “this is a fantastic event to be involved with and very successful all round. Truly a spectacular weekend attracting national and international interest”.
