Shane, I am just so blown away by the quality of service your agency provides to tenants ..just been telling my work colleagues. At 2pm in afternoon I sent an email to you advising of problem with alarm fault. By 2.30 the Alarm people had rung me and you had emailed to say it’s been referred, By 3pm I was on my way home to meet the Alarm people and by 4.30 it was fixed. Dear Anne Duncan Real Estate, I just thought I would send a quick e-mail as some feedback on a couple of your staff. Normally people only give negative feedback so I thought I would let you know of some positives :) My partner and I were looking to rent in Mt Albert and I came across some properties on Trade Me so e-mailed Nick to see if I could set up a viewing. He got back to me quickly to make an appointment and even called to say I would be meeting with Shane on the Saturday. The mourning of the viewing came and Shane called me to say he may be late (which was really very professional and courteous of him. During our viewing he also mentioned some other properties he was viewing that day so we followed him to a couple more. During the course of our time with him he received quite a few phone calls and it sounded like he was fantastic agent with – both from a tenant and landlord point of view. I have previously dealt with a couple of not so polite agents - my experience with them was far from great. Anyway – Shane restored my faith in real estate agents – to the point where if I saw a property on Trade me with the Anne Duncan sign on it, I would give it more consideration than the other properties. I had seen on Trade me and saw someone at the door of one that had caught my eye – so I stopped to happily find another Anne Duncan Real Estate Agent there. This time it was Des – who showed me that property (even though I had not made an appointment) and another about an hour later. I kept meaning to send you an email to say what great service I had received and that your rental team restored my faith in the Real Estate industry. I fin a couple of years we go in search to buy I know that the Anne Duncan website will be one of the first I check! Many thanks and kind regards

As an overseas based landlord it is a relief to have 100 per cent trust in your Property Management Company. I have had the pleasure of being associated with Des and Shane Ryder at Anne Duncan Rentals for over two years and have complete faith in their communication and ability to protect my property, not to rip me off with extortionate fees or let me know about the insignificant day to day goings on. When I need them they are there with a great personal service and sense of humor. It’s hard to find honest people in the real estate sector and I feel happy to have found them.
