Ray White New Zealand has been acknowledged with seven out of the 10 individual international awards for customer experience across the Ray White Group.
The awards are based on feedback directly from clients and customers as to the engagement and satisfaction level that each salesperson delivers during the transaction.
Carey Smith, chief executive officer of Ray White New Zealand, said the focus of Ray White New Zealand on customer experience had been one of the key parts to the company’s strategy.
He said this continued to be achieved with outstanding results, giving the company an NPS score of 77 and more importantly over 8000 promoters in 2017.
He went on to say that individually our salespeople are proving out their customer satisfaction experience with every transaction, ensuring that communication, service and decision making is in alignment with the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
The salespeople acknowledged came from right across the Ray White Group in New Zealand and included Anton Huang (Ray White Howick), Dianne Quinn (Ray White Paihia), John Quiambao (Ray White Remuera), Justin Hartley (Ray White Pegasus), Madelon White (Ray White Dunedin), Rebecca Toone (Ray White Metro), and Stuart Morris (Ray White Rangiora).
Overall, the combined achievements of the Ray White sales team to continue their outstanding levels of customer satisfaction has delivered ongoing market share through an increasing level of engagement with clients who appoint Ray White members for their real estate needs.
The Ray White Group in New Zealand has 1,561 salespeople transacting 18,250 sales across the New Zealand real estate market.
