Sales Symposium a Success

“Fun and learning” were experience in large doses a power-packed 2 day South Island Sales Symposium in Hanmer Springs.

“Each of us is born with a renewable capability for resilience – the built-in power to heal, regenerate and grow beyond our last known limit” according to Dr Sven Hansen our keynote speaker. Rebecca Richardson (Next Step) was brave enough to be “wired up” by Dr Hansen and the whole audience got to see first-hand the power of his life-changing strategies.

In a display of cooperation and sharing some of Ray White’s highest achievers gave practical, relevant insights into strategies being employed to gain extraordinary market share, profitability and traction in markets from Canterbury to the Upper South Island. Susa Guhl, Debbie Cooper and Ana Fierek, Ray White Nelson shared the power of changing the way you work as did Karen Gilligan and Julie BattersbyRay White Full Circle.

Jill Quaid Ray White Ashburton, who has recently rebranded from First National to Ray White shared proven scripts and strategies to win more business. Ray White South Island is proud to have the Auctioneer of the Year Craig Prier, Ray White Opawa as part of the team, and Craig shared his powerful insights and passion for the Auction process.

Supremely successful Rolleston team, Brendan Shefford and Sarah Booth (who have just been awarded REINZ Best Small Agency) enthused everyone with their drive and commitment to dominate their market by 100% commitment and relentlessly pursuing the drive to be at the leading edge of “best practice”.

Carey Smith, Ray White Chief Executive Officer, engaged everyone with his 20 practical insights into better business performance.

Organiser, Julie Ryan, South Island Business Performance Manager, commented “We were thrilled to have so many of our people choose to attend. The regional awards were combined with a “Kiwiana Themed” night and the creative effort going into both individual and team costumes meant lots of laughter and opportunities to relax and enjoy being part of a fun and fabulous group of people.
