Ray White New Zealand celebrated at their awards evening last night to recognise the achievements of their members during 2012. Throughout New Zealand Ray White has 134 offices with just over 1,350 salespeople. During the evening Ruth Hawes was named New Zealand Residential Salesperson of the Year and also New Zealand Supreme Salesperson of the Year.
Internationally the Ray White Group has over 1,000 offices in eight countries with 5,000 sales members who annually turnover $33 billion worth of property sales. Ruth Hawes was last night named as the International Salesperson of the Year for the Ray White Group internationally.
In accepting her award, Ruth attributed much of her success to the culture of her office and her support team that allow her to continue to increase productivity and provide outstanding customer service. She said that you cannot underestimate the value of a support team and asked her brother Tim Hawes and sister Rachel Hawes to join her on stage to celebrate the achievement. She added that authenticity and being the real deal to everyone at all times. “After 10 years we are constantly striving to maintain authentic relationships and work hard for everyone in all parts of the transaction.”
Brian White, Joint Chairman of the Ray White Group, said “Ruth’s recognition as the International Salesperson of the Year is an outstanding achievement given the market and the volume of opportunity that she works with.” He went on to say “High performing salespeople need to have structure and process in place and Ruth’s ability to capture that through her work ethic comes through strongly, not only in the referral business that she continues to receive but the outstanding client testimonials that have always reflected her outstanding level of customer communication and service.”
