Rupert, a seasoned real estate salesperson, began his career at the age of 18 in 2007. He quickly rose to prominence as a top performer. In 2007, he joined forces with his brother Elliot Kemeys, and together they established the Ray White Kemeys Brothers brand, becoming the youngest business owners in the network at that time.

Over the next decade, Rupert focused on expanding the brand and managing the company. Under his leadership, the company grew from a small team to over thirty salespeople, and it achieved a remarkable milestone of one billion dollars in sales. During this time, Rupert was also recognized in the Ray White group, receiving the prestigious CEO cup and the Chairman's Elite Business Leader award.

In 2020, Rupert stepped down from his role as Managing Director, and his brother Elliot took over the position. Rupert then returned in 2024 to his roots as a salesperson, where he found his true passion. Today, he works with a select few clients at a time, ensuring that each client receives his undivided attention and expertise. With over 16 years of experience, Rupert prides himself on his exceptional negotiation skills and his ability to achieve premium prices for his clients.
