Rotorua moves into their own Premises

Ray White Rotorua is enjoying the rewards of their relentless, successful efforts in their market by opening a new office in their own, recently acquired building.

Their 800 square metre premises gives them space to expand with many options of layout, functionality and staff recreation areas. Six months of planning and improvement work was needed to bring the building to the standard required for a Code of Acceptance.

They have a large auction room which can be used for training, for hosting community meetings and gatherings (free of charge), educational seminars and client evenings. There is an amusement area for children and table tennis for the staff.

Their new window display has drawn great admiration from the public and clients alike with L.E.D. back lighting on each featured property, making the photos clear and highly visible  in all weather conditions, including bright sunlight. The system is of French design.

The owners of the Rotorua business, Tim and Jacqueline O’Sullivan and Anita and Paul Martelli rebranded to Ray White in February 2012 and have never looked back. Rae Beale, the Central and Lower North Island Business Performance Manager said, “we thank Anita, Tim and Jacqueline for their vision of office presentation and the courage to set new standards, pushing  past mainstream thinking. We wish them every possible success in their real estate business.”
