We met with several real estate agents prior to deciding on Ross to market and sell our home. We found Ross to be genuine and open in answers to all questions. He proved to be excellent and assisted us with all aspects of marketing the home, including some final improvement touches that he recommended we carry out. We set all sorts of open home attendance records for our property/area, this was due to excellent marketing, and our joint determination to present the home as best we could. Many buyers in the room on Auction day, the Auctioneer was excellent, I’d stress to never under estimate the value of your auctioneer, that person on the day needs to keep the bidding moving, know exactly when to call reserve, relate to the bidders in the room, and create a sense of urgency. We sold above reserve and the experience on the day was very well managed by Ross. After deciding on Ross to sell our home, we had purchased another home prior to selling, coincidentally this was also through Ross. We had felt this property may have been outside of our budget, but Ross urged us to view. This showed to us that Ross reaches out to all possible buyers, as we may not have viewed or attended the auction without Ross’ call.
