Ray White Te Puna has recently opened in the North Tauranga corridor through business owner John Lamason. The agency, formerly part of another group, has repositioned and rebranded to Ray White with John Lamason saying that the move was first thought about because of the growth of Ray White, not only through the region but through New Zealand.
He said he had close ties with several members of the Ray White Group and the endorsements he received in regards to the leading edge technology, the company support and the growth of Ray White gave him the confidence to join the group and they are already seeing the benefits with increased awareness in the marketplace.
The Ray White Te Puna office specialises in lifestyle holdings through the North Tauranga region as well as residential property. John Lamason, owner of the office, has a long and successful track record of such property sales in the region.
Carey Smith, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, welcomed John Lamason’s decision to join the Ray White Group and rebrand from his former company. Carey said “John brings a wealth of knowledge in regards to property throughout the region and will bring to Ray White profile in an area that previously the company has not been represented in.”
Ray White Te Puna is the ninth office to open for Ray White in 2014 and takes the network of offices throughout New Zealand to over 140.
