Ray White New Zealand is proud to welcome Perpetual Real Estate as a member of our group, to be known as Ray White Te Anau. The new office is the only real estate office servicing the local community of Te Anau, which is located in central Fiordland in the Lower South Island.
Te Anau has a population of just over 2,500 local residents and the town’s predominant economic activities are tourism and farming. Located approximately half way between Invercargill and Queenstown, Te Anau is best known for its location and having the largest lake in the South Island and second only to Lake Taupo in New Zealand.

Ken said that in joining Ray White his business will be able to make further progress through the marketing opportunities across New Zealand and internationally. He said that the Group has an industry leading technology platform and that was also one of the reasons why he chose to join Ray White to take his agency to an increased market share position.
