There was a good spread across New Zealand for our sales results when you take into account our leading offices stretched across Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Whangarei and the Wairarapa. While there is a building of inventory, there still remains a strong depth of buyers who, while being more selective, still have a strong confidence in the market and are purchasing. Overall our market share continues to lift with the inclusion of the Ray White Leaders team in the Lower North Island and also pleasing is that our customer satisfaction levels have increased again, which is part of the strategy for the Ray White Group.”

Ray White has 159 offices across New Zealand and this month will welcome Ray White New Lynn. In the Canterbury region, Ray White Kaiapoi has opened also. Ray White also wish to acknowledge those members who have recommitted to the Group, including Ray White Legacy, Ray White Newmarket, Ray White Beach Haven, Ray White Manukau and Ray White Tokoroa.
