Ray White Pukekohe Ready for Return of V8’s

Anne Lowe and the Ray White Pukekohe team are expecting to a big influx of numbers through their open homes this weekend. She says a good percentage of these are likely to be car-enthusiasts – as an overflow from the crowds predicted to attend Pukekohe Park Raceway’s Redevelopement Opening Event.

Amongst many other improvements, punters will see the racing track has been increased in length from 2.84 – 2.91 km, there are now 11 turns in total and a bigger 10,000m2 of new level hardstand area. The total cost of the works was $6.6M, consisting of $2.2M from Auckland Council Events arm Ateed; $2.2M from central government; and $2.2M from V8 Supercars.

Anne and the team are planning to make the most of the busy main street activity that weekend as an opportunity to lift their office profile, with suggestions of a sausage sizzle being held outside the office and passer-bys encouraged to stop and chat about what excellent features the Pukekohe area can offer home buyers.
