The office is owned by Ted Ingram and is part of the Ted Ingram Property Services Limited Group which has offices in Papatoetoe, Papakura, Waiuku and the new Tuakau office which will service the local residential, lifestyle and rural markets. Ted Ingram said that the office location being within the community of Tuakau was a natural expansion for his group. It connects well with the other lifestyle markets in the Franklin District and will also enable our business to have a genuine local office representation in Tuakau.
