Ray White New Zealand is proud to welcome their 146th office located in Pegasus, north Canterbury.
Pegasus is a new residential township in the Waimakariri District of Canterbury. The town was named for the nearby Pegasus Bay, 30km north of Christchurch. Last night, Wednesday, 29 June marked the official opening of Ray White Pegasus. Business owners Claire and Stuart Morris, also owners of Ray White Rangiora which opened in February 2016, said when the opportunity to open in Pegasus was presented to them when the incumbent real estate office closed they seized the opportunity to open a Ray White office in the township.
Ray White Licensee Salesperson, Justin Hartley started his real estate career in 2004 and shortly after joined Ray White. In 2014 Justin became directly involved with the Pegasus Town development through the Todd Family, who are in part the current owners of the development. Both Justin and Jan Wilson (Ray White Salesperson who also worked in Pegasus for the last five years) now manage the Pegasus Office. Both Justin and Jan live in Pegasus, they are passionate and committed to the township, their enthusiasm for living the dream in Pegasus puts them on the front foot for selling and looking after the real estate needs of the Pegasus community.
