The Locals have landed in Sandringham with the opening of their new office on Sandringham Road. The office is an extension of their Ray White Kingsland office, which is owned and operated by the Hawes Family. The Locals have called Kingsland, Western Springs and the Sandringham area home for 20 years. During that time they have built up an enviable reputation based on high levels of service, local knowledge and most importantly, enthusiasm.
Tim Hawes, who is part of the new management team at Sandringham, said that it was exciting that the family have been able to extend their business. “Sandringham has always been an area we have been active in and with the new office we will now be able to provide an even greater level of service to local homeowners.”
Rachel Hawes, who looks after The Locals property management, said the area is very popular, particularly for tenants who are looking for an area close to the city that also provides services for families including community and education.

The Locals have been proud members of the Ray White Group, with their original office opening in Kingsland in May 2006. The Locals hold a market share in excess of 50% through Western Springs, Kingsland and Arch Hill and with the opening of Sandringham, market share is expected to rise throughout this area.
