The Ray White Group in New Zealand recorded a 54 per cent increase in property sales during November, 2009, compared to the same period last year.
Ray White New Zealand CEO Carey Smith said the monthly result was exceptional and the group during the year to date had increased sales by 33 per cent.
“The Auckland market is leading the way with a massive 67 per cent rise to lift trading beyond $200 million,” he said.
“The central and lower North Island also experienced a significant increase as did the lower South Island zone, which completed more than $20 million worth of sales.”
Mr Smith said the top five Ray White offices for November were Ponsonby, Manukau, City Apartments, Remuera and Ellerslie.
Ray White NZ has 131 offices and 1378 licensee salespeople trading approximately $4.8 billion in property sales per annum.
