Ray White is proud to announce the opening of their 132nd office located in Lower Hutt. The office is located in the main CBD area, with the office serving the regions of Lower Hutt, Petone, Belmont, Stokes Valley, Wainuiomata and Eastborne. The office is owned and operated by the Kemey brothers, Elliot and Rupert. Llew Kemey is the principal officer and licensee and the father of Elliot and Rupert.
The Lower Hutt region services the Hutt Valley and has a population of approximately 100,000 and is 25 kilometres north of Wellington City. The area has a diverse range of property, with approximately 40,000 dwellings from investment through to second and third homes and lifestyle areas. There are also a number of subdivisions that have recently been created to provide new housing through many of the areas.
Elliot Kemeys said that they had been looking to start as a family business in the Lower Hutt region since they started their sales careers together, just over five years ago. “Both Rupert and I have been encouraged by our father Llew to commence the business and we are looking forward to being able to provide an energetic and enthusiastic level of service to potential vendors.”
Llew Kemey, who is the principal officer, said “As a family we are proud to be opening the business and with my 30 year experience in real estate through the Hutt Valley region I hope to be able to assist the boys in building a great business.”
