John Abbott recently presented to the Ray White sales members on the North Shore a session in regards to achieving outstanding results through auction marketing which was supported by the Property Press. Ray White has over 200 salespeople on the North Shore and sold just over 1,500 properties during the past 12 months.
John Abbott’s presentation was focused on the increased awareness of clients and customers around the auction concept. John focused on the skills that are needed to successfully engage all parties in the auction process and how to educate to support the purchasing and selling endeavours of those who our Ray White members come into contact with.
During the past year the number of properties offered for auction on the North Shore has increased dramatically and the results being achieved have seen record prices in many areas. The growth of the North Shore has seen over 6,000 sales completed in the last 12 months by agency and this has increased from 5,200 in the previous 12 months. More noteable has been the price increases right across the North Shore area.
Richard Mason, zone chairperson for the North Shore, said that the presentation by John Abbott, which was supported by the Property Press, was very timely. “The growth of our group with new offices and new members joining will allow us to further grow our auction and marketing business, particularly with auction becoming more relevant across all trade areas.”
