The Ray White New Zealand Annual Awards was held last night at the SkyCity Convention Centre in Auckland. With record numbers of just on 800 members attending, Ray White, together with finance partner Loan Market, recognised members for their outstanding achievements during the past 12 months.
Members were welcomed to the 2014 Awards Evening by Brian White, the C0-Chairman of the Ray White Group, who spoke about the international expansion of Ray White, particularly through South East Asia and how the broadening exposure and services of the Ray White Group was providing significant growth for the company in brand awareness and international success.
The first part of the evening recognised Foundation Members who were with the Group during the initial purchase by Ray White of United Realty World in September 1993. The Foundation Members were recognised for their loyalty and significant contribution to the Ray White Group over the past 20 years. The awards evening celebrated the areas of sales, property management, administration and also acknowledged community involvement, customer satisfaction, collective commitment, marketing excellence and the CEO Cup Award.
The number 1 office in Ray White New Zealand was awarded to Ray White City Apartments. Ray White Remuera were number 2, with Ray White Ponsonby being awarded 3rd position. These three offices are all recognised internationally, with Ray White City Apartments being the number 2 office, Ray White Remuera number 3 and Ray White Ponsonby number 4.
In the category of salespeople, Bruce Whillans was awarded Supreme Salesperson, while Ruth Hawes was acknowledged as the leading residential salesperson and Neville Kemp the top rural salesperson. In the category of international salespeople, Bruce Whillans was celebrated as the top salesperson in the Ray White Group, Ruth Hawes was number 2, Rohan Thompson was number 4, with Steen Nielsen being number 5.

The Ray White Group during the past 12 months welcomed 10 new offices, with a further 5 new offices opening shortly. The network currently stands at 138 offices trading in excess of $6.8 billion per annum in property sales.
