Ray White Name Heather Walton as NZ Supreme Salesperson

Supreme Salesperson - Heather Walton

The Ray White Group last week celebrated their annual recognition evening with 920 members and guests at the SkyCity Convention Centre in Auckland. The evening recognises achievements by Ray White members in New Zealand across all areas of real estate, including residential, commercial, rural and property management services.

As part of the company’s recognition, there are three categories in the area of sales performance, including customer satisfaction, business growth and individual sales volume. This is measured in all of the services offered by group members.

This year Heather Walton from Ray White Epsom was recognised as the New Zealand Supreme Salesperson of the Year together with Residential Salesperson of the Year and Supreme Growth Salesperson of the Year. These achievements were recognised collectively by those who attended during the evening, in which 100 achievements were recognised.

Heather Walton said, in receiving the award, that she was humbled to be able to receive such recognition for her sales career. She acknowledged the support she receives from her clients, particularly in the area of referral, and also went on to describe how important her support team is to the success of marketing, selling and, importantly, customer satisfaction. She said as part of the Ray White Epsom team, receiving the recognition is exciting, but they also wish to ensure their processes and structures to continue offering the highest level of customer satisfaction continues within their business.

Carey Smith, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, said that Heather’s recognition directly reflected the high level of service and excellence that she provides to her clients. “She has grown her own level of service to new heights and this is part of the reason why Heather receives such high recognition as the New Zealand Supreme Salesperson in our group.”

The Ray White Group has over 1,500 salespeople completing over $9 billion worth of property transactions per annum. One of the company’s major strategic focuses continues to be on customer satisfaction through the recognised Net Promoter Score, which has again lifted for the Group during the past 12 months.
