Ray White New Zealand are proud to re-open the new corner location of Ray White Motueka.

Motueka sits at the top of the South Island in between Nelson and Golden Bay. Motueka is one of the nearest towns to the Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks and has become the base of many tourism ventures.

At the opening, Ray White Motueka business owner, Alan Atkins, said, “moving into this building for me is a bit like moving home with the family history associated with the building itself, my father worked from this very office many years ago”.

Jane Meyer, Ray White South Island Business Performance Manager, said, “it is a real honor to be at the opening of the new look new office here in Motueka – it may be new but it still holds its experience and customer service that it is known for. With a team of highly experienced sales consultants I know this office will continue to move from strength to strength and maintain excellent real estate services to the Motueka area”.

Carey Smith, Chief Executive, Ray White New Zealand, said, “after 7,733 days being situated across the road, we congratulate Alan and his team on this impressive appearance of the new office, this is a proud site for his team to work from and continue the long history Ray White has in this area”.

Alan and his team care a great deal about the Motueka area and are very supportive with sponsorship for the community and schools.

The Motueka area is a very strong market at present with demand still strong, and as you would expect days on the market are dropping – and with prices rising 28% in April and sales volume up 31% it is boding well for the winter to remain strong.
