Mr Bell said the long-term seabed lease held by the vendors means Marina Mirage is one of very few marina’s in Australia that can offer lengthy 50 year leasehold agreements.

Marina Oceanus Pty Ltd’s plans to redevelop the marina, to be partly funded by the release of the marina berths, follow an extensive $50 million refurbishment of Marina Mirage sparking a total transformation of the renowned water-bound precinct.
It also offers provides ready deep water access via the Gold Coast Seaway and is a short walk to the beach, luxury accommodation and the boutique outlets and dining that abounds with Marina Mirage and surrounds.
