Recently John Halstead and Peter Best of the Ray White Kohimarama office were presented with a certificate of appreciation for the companies support of the Eastern Suburbs Association Football Club, or better known as the “Lillywhites”.
The Kohimarama office has been building into sponsorship over the past few years. The club has over 2000 members its headquarters are at Madills Farm, a large complex of sporting ovals and recreational areas only minutes from the Ray White Kohimarama office.
The club has teams from 5 years old right through to a very successful seniors team. They have operated since 1934 and produced many top players who have represented New Zealand at international level. Each Saturday during the winter months hundreds of players and their supporters gather at Madills Farm from early morning when the junior boys and girls team play through to the afternoon when the seniors take to the field.
The clubs facilities have grown over the years and today the clubs buildings at Madills Farm include training facilities, meeting rooms, club rooms plus a cafe and bar. Peter Best and John Halstead of Ray White Kohimarama said they are very proud of their association with this local club.
