Peter Best and John Halstead are the business leaders of Best in the Bays Limited, which has enjoyed a successful 20 year relationship with the Ray White Group as one of the foundation offices when Ray White became part of the New Zealand real estate industry with the purchase of United Realty in 1993.
Peter Best and John Halstead have recommitted to the Ray White Group under a further agreement that sees Best in the Bays Limited becoming the first Ray White office to surpass 20 years as a member. Ray White Kohimarama has continually achieved top 10 national results within the Ray White Group and has been recognised in the area of business growth and marketing.
Peter Best said that their agency has been built on a platform of passion and enthusiasm. “The office has built an enviable local reputation with a record of success that has seen many thousands of clients sell their property through our company which has one of the largest and trusted teams in the Eastern Bays. Over the 20 years we have grown with our local communities and have maintained the ability to achieve premium prices for our clients which is one of our single biggest priorities.”
