The team from Ray White Kingsland recently held their annual mid winter Christmas function in Western Springs at the Greek Orthodox Church Hall with over 200 clients of The Locals Limited who trade as Ray White Kingsland. The mid winter Christmas function is now in its 10th year and is a keenly awaited event by many property owners and investors, who over a long period of time have had their property needs looked after by the Hawes Family through their Ray White office.
One of the attractions to the mid winter Christmas party is the childrens’ show, the eagerly awaited puppet show brings delight to the faces of the many children that attend. One of the other constants is the famous mulled wine that has plenty of history behind it. Chris Hawes said that many of the ingredients are a long held family secret but the taste is very much a year-by-year vintage and the 2012 mulled wine has been the best yet.
Lesley Hawes who continues to be one of Ray White’s top salespeople, said that the evening is very important to her and also to Ruth that they are able to extend goodwill back into the community and in particular, to those who have supported their business over a long period of time.
Carey Smith, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, who attended the evening said it is fantastic to see the community spirit in which the team at Ray White Kingsland engage. The annual mid winter Christmas function is an ideal setting for the local people within the community to come together and enjoy an evening with their families and friends.
