Ray White Kaitaia Celebrate Auction Heritage

Ray White Kaitaia recently celebrated their auctioneering heritage with a specially designed and hand-crafted lectern which was presented to business owner of Ray White Kaitaia and Ray White Mangonui, Gary Steed, by Melva Saxton on behalf of Mark Saxton who passed away just over two years ago. Melva said that in presenting the lectern she made reference to the rich heritage of auctioneering that Mark brought to the agency when it commenced as Mark Saxton Real Estate and became a member of Ray White just on 15 years ago. Mark always had auctioneering in his blood. Being part of the Far North, auctions are very much part of the way in which business is done in rural areas.

Gary Steed said that in accepting the lectern he was proud of the culture the business had continued to develop with auction and that they had successfully completed many auctions through their office and will continue to be market leaders through the auction process.

The Ray White Kaitaia and Mangonui offices are market leaders, with the current market share in Kaitaia and surrounding areas is over 50% .

Gary said that the office offers all services, including residential, rural and business sales and the property management has over 160 on the portfolio and that has grown by more than 20% in the last 12 months.
