The cold winter weather didn’t stop over 100 clients venturing out to Ray White Glenfield for their inaugural Property Investor Information Evening, held on Tuesday, 5 July.
The Ray White Glenfield Property Management team work closely with their clients and found that a lot of their landlords were confused or unsure around the significant changes that are affecting our industry at the moment, such as the new legislation that is now in place around smoke alarms and insulation, workplace Health and Safety and more.
There were six key speakers who presented on the night covering a variety of topics in their area of expertise. There was also a focus placed on education around proper investment and accountancy strategies to assist those landlords in the room who are looking to expand their existing portfolio or better structure their current assets.
A fantastic night for all those who attended with many landlords commenting on how much they had learnt that they didn’t know prior.
