During the past month, Ray White City Apartments have achieved two of the highest accolades that can be bestowed on a real estate company.
Firstly, in front of an industry gathering, Ray White City Apartments were acknowledged by the REINZ Chairperson, Dame Rosanne Meo, as the leading number of sales office across New Zealand. This represented over 1,000 sales. Together with this, Ray White City Apartments were also acknowledged as the Ray White Group International number 2 Office of the Year.
The growth of Ray White City Apartments has seen them described as the dominant market leader in the area of apartments, and much of this is put down to the high level of market knowledge and the leading auction marketing that the Ray White City Apartments team undertake.
Brian White, Ray White Group Chairman, acknowledged the success of Ray White City Apartments in awarding the recognition to Phil Horrobin, business owner of Ray White City Apartments. Brian described the award as being one which reflects a continued determination to be the market leader in what many describe as one of the fastest moving and dynamic markets in Auckland. He went on to say that you need to have specialised knowledge and the ability for the Ray White City Apartments team to continue to produce outstanding results is a direct reflection of their work ethic.
Phil Horrobin said the award truly affirmed the specialist market knowledge and the ability of the team within City Apartments. However, whilst pleased with the recognition he was not interested in relying on reputation alone, but in continuing to pursue the best possible results for all customers.
