The Ray White Group in 2012 has experienced its fastest ever year of growth, with the company opening up 15 new offices during the past eight months, which has meant there has been a new business opening with the Ray White colours every 10 working days.
Part of the value that the Ray White Group offers is a recognition that the business owners of Ray White play a significant role in the success of the outcome of the Group. Each year business owners come together for an annual symposium which focuses on the key performance indicators and also relevant business planning activities that ensure all agencies are successfully structured and are gaining market share position.
This year over 100 business owners of Ray White have come together during a two day symposium in Queenstown which has featured speakers including Rod Duke from the Briscoes Group, Ray White Chief Executive Carey Smith, industry legal expert John Waymouth, acknowledged high performance coach Mark McLeod, international presenter Julie Ryan and the REAA CEO Kevin Lampen-Smith.
The theme of the symposium was centered around the successful and continued industry leading standardisation of the Ray White Group. The members spent time, through the keynote presentations, discussing the value proposition, overall strategy planning while working hand-in-hand with industry regulation and compliance.
Carey Smith, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, said that our business owners symposium is one of the most important events our New Zealand group has. “We place high importance on our value offering to our members and our business owners symposium is well supported while having the added value of business owners being able to network with each other and share our overall values within the our group.”
