Ray White Allens Celebrate Annual Achievements

Ray White Allens Whangarei held their 2014 awards evening recently at the home of director John Monteith. The team consisting of administration, property management, sales and finance came together to celebrate the achievements of the 2013/2014 financial year.

John Monteith in presenting the awards said that the past year “has seen many outstanding results in all areas of the company”.  Their main office, located in Whangarei, provides services in the areas of sales, property services and finance through their in-house LoanMarket Broker. The Allens Group also has offices in Bream Bay and Tutukaka.

Allan Sykes, co-director of Ray White Allens said that this year more than any other the company is focused on a team environment that allows the business to integrate and to become more successful not only as a company but also as individuals.

Vanessa McKenzie, also a co-director of Ray White Allens, said that the past year the business has been working hard on its customer focus and this has seen the business score highly in the Ray White Net Promoter Customer Satisfaction surveys that are sent out to their customers.

The company has also continued with the high profile community support through the Allens Education Foundation (providing scholarships to local school-leavers), the Ray White Allens Kids Triathlon (an annual Northland event) and numerous other community support events.

The overall Supreme Salesperson of the Year was Toni Sherwood who achieved her personal best year and together with being recognised as the Overall Salesperson of the Year, Toni was also awarded the Auction Marketer of the Year and the Most Improved in Growth for top salespeople together with the Innovative Marketer of the Year supported by local property publication, PropertyPlus.

Peter Vink from Ray White Tutukaka was the Salesperson of the Year for Coastal. Gary Younger was recognised in the area of team player for sales. Rochelle Tipler was recognised as the overall team player of the year. Janet Watters awarded top administrator. Other award winners included the property management team for exceptional performance, and Lesley Houlahan for benevolence to team and community.

Carey Smith, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, who attended the evening said “The Ray White Allens team was a big part of the success of the company in Northland. Overall Ray White has a market share of 30.9% in the region through 13 offices.” He also went on to congratulate the individual winners and also the success of the Ray White Allens company.
