Pip sold my house in December 2017. The property was a rebuild from the CHCH earthquakes. The land had had major land remediation to take it from TC3 to TC2 category and the building had been designed using new technology to ensure it is now one of the safest in town. I had invested extra money to create a high end executive apartment. The build was completed on the 5th of November 2017 and I was determined to have it sold before Christmas. Pip was on standby and ready to pounce at completion date, she had completed a total review of all the land and building structure, liaising with the engineers, builders and architects to gain a full understanding to pass onto potential buyers. All paperwork was completed before the first open home (something I have recently noticed other sales people may not do). The property was sold under the hammer on 14 December 201, with the new owner taking possession a week later!!!! I even had the money in the bank by Christmas!!!! The price met my expectations and the builders were also very happy with the results, 3 other properties in the same block were for sale at the same time and although my property was fitted out to a higher standard, Pip managed to get approximately $160K more than 2 of the other properties. I believe the other properties were sold well under priced due to the salespeople not having the same real estate knowledge as Pip. Thanks Pip :)

Selling my home turned out to be the one of the best decisions I have ever made, and choosing Pip Sutton to manage the sale made the whole process so smooth and stress free for me. My home sold after three 45 minute open homes. I am honestly quite amazed as to how Pip managed to achieve such a great result for me, in such a short time. We were first attracted to Pip Sutton through a flyer in my mother's post when we were in Christchurch, settling my mother's estate. We liked the fact that it was a family business and then we met Pip and because of her down-to-earth-full-of-energy-no-crap-professional-attitude, we signed with her to sell mum's house.
