Excellent advice, service and communication I asked Richard to visit my home several months before I intended to put it on the market, and he was very prepared to give me advice as to what I needed to do to prepare the property for sale. When the time came further advice on getting the house in best situation for photographs and "open homes" along with good marketing campaign and plenty of information on prospective buyers. I considered for quite some time as to whether I would sell my investment property and I finally decided to proceed The decision as to who to use as the sales agents was not such a difficult decision and took a few minutes! Five star plus great communicator We enjoyed working with Richard and Pheon they are a great couple and very professional in taking both myself and Kim along the process of marketing and sale to auction. We were updated after each open home and we had a review meeting once a week. Nothing was a bother in setting up appointments with prospective buyers and there builders even though we had to change times a couple of times. On the day of the Auction Richard kept in contact during the day and was there to help when we discussed the Auction process. Great team a pleasure to deal with.
