Paul Glover breezed into our lives shortly before we went to market. We had several agents already in mind, although we weren't completely sold on either. Paul had that x-factor that we had been looking for with his mix of excellent local knowledge, tenacity and genuine empathy. During a house sale there are a myriad of things that can go wrong which was no problem for our resourceful agent as he appeared to pull out a raft of tradies who dropped everything to accommodate us including, engineers, gas fitters, plumbers and a last minute building inspection which ultimately sped up the sale process and enabled us to move on...which we have.
