This motel (building and business) on offer has received its facelift to provide what can only be described as an affordable, comfortable and convenient experience.
This multi-purpose building was converted from a former health facility and retains some amazing character that adds to the experience. With 16 rooms, including studios, family rooms and budget rooms, there is room for approximately 45 people within the complex, perfect for the travelling sports teams.
Commercial kitchen, communal lounges, computer rooms and courtyards. There is plenty of room and amenities for visitors, which accompanied with great service, can offer one of the best budget accommodations in Dunedin.
There are plenty of options available for the new owner, with a 3 bedroom flat onsite. This could continue to be your own motel, or alternatively could be run as permanent accommodation for students or as a boarding house/lodge.

We spent 5 days in this fantastic accommodation that excelled in every aspect with regards to housing a team of 15 basketball players. Right from the booking process, the owners went the extra mile to cater for the size of the players with allocating double beds, our needs for feeding them to constantly updating our allocations and costs with the inevitable injuries that changed our plans. I was still unprepared for how excellent this motel is - the rooms are huge and extremely clean, they are really well presented and comfortable. The guest lounge is lovely, the outside areas fantastic and we simply could not have asked for more. It will be the most sought after accommodation for us for any trips to Dunedin - all players and supporters were catered for with the ability to be together as a group or separate as needed. - Wellington Under 19 Basketball
