It’s been 15 years since the Ray White Botany office first opened in 2001 as part of the brand new Botany Town Centre shopping complex. To celebrate this milestone, business owners Bob Mountfort and Neil Baker opted to give the office a complete refurbishment.
The new look Ray White Botany was officially unveiled last night, Thursday, 7 July. The classy open space is sleek with clean lines and minimal clutter. Bob and Neil have used the latest technology, developing a specific programme to run their digital interactive window display. The window display is vibrant both day and night and the public can use it 24/7 to search for properties for sale and make email enquiries.
The revamped office has generated many comments from the public, a few saying, ‘love the new very modern look and feel of the place with the TV monitors’, ‘the light, bright and futuristic feel is fabulous’. Staff members love the new office, the office administrator said, ‘I personally LOVE it…I have heaps more room and storage space around me, it’s totally awesome! The whole office looks way more professional and ‘on trend’ as they say on The Block!’ Branch Manager, Ian Taylor said, ‘Overall the place looks brilliant, I love to come to work here’.
Ray White New Zealand Chief Executive, Carey Smith added, that the Botany Town Centre office since its inception has always been a flagship office. Over the years the office has been a leading business within the group. The Mountfort Group have always been innovators with their individual offices and the Botany Town Centre office shows their continued drive to have the very best premises in the industry.
Ray White Botany is part of the group of six offices that make up Mountfort Estate Agents Ltd. Salespeople from Botany and the other offices at Flat Bush, Howick, Bucklands Beach, Half Moon Bay and Pakuranga work together as a team of 120 salespeople in Auckland’s Eastern Beaches housing market.
