Obayd is a valuable member of the Property Management team, having been with Ray White Te Atatu for close to a decade. He boasts a wealth of experience, having managed large property portfolios in Central and West Auckland - with proven results! He's a Senior Property Manager and leads by example, shares best practices and is very knowledgeable. Obayd also oversees the team and assists with training, onboarding and handles any complexities.
Obayd has a Bachelor of Commerce & Property (Conjoint) Degree. He grew up in West Auckland and attended local schools, and has great in-depth knowledge of local suburbs and their amenities. Prior to joining Ray White Te Atatu, Obayd had 8 years experience in Finance, Advertising & Media Industries - he understands the value of delivering excellent service to his clients.

Obayd has been managing our property for many years and we are very fortunate to have such a good property manager. He is very professional, efficient and responsive, which makes it hassle free for us. There have been a few difficult situations with tenants where he promptly advised us of the situation, and also recommended solutions. Repairs and maintenance can be a big cost for landlords, and we really appreciate the extra mile he goes to obtain the best deal for us while ensuring good quality workmanship.
